Have you just built this PC, or changed some of the components ? Have you been overclocking the PC ?

Overclocking is when you set the processor or memory to run faster than they were inteneed. Sometimes this will work, other times it is overclocked too much and it fails.

If you have not been overclocking maybe someone else with access to the PC has ?.

I would check that you have the correct processor and memory for the motherboard, and also check that the settings for the memory and processor are correct in the BIOS.

One other option is that the PC is running too hot, maybe one of the fans is not working, or the fans are clogged with dust.

Whatever the problem is, this message is being issued from the motherboard to stop the PC being damaged.
