More information, please! : There are several books that relate to the CIW Foundation course and they assume different levels of background knowledge. 'CIW Foundations for Dummies' is possibly the one which assumes the least possible previous experience. If this isn't the one you've got, take a look at it. (Most of the 'Dummies' series are widely available, everywhere from PC World to Waterstones, so you should be able to take a look without a commitment to purchase. It might also be in your local library). If you're already using the 'Dummies' book, tell us some of the things which you don't understand and we'll try to point you in the right direction.

Hoping this helps,

Chris
