I need to know the name of a program I can download for my mini disk player/recorder, which will enable me to copy mp3's from my computer onto my minidisck faster than real time. At the moment I have a pc link and I have to play music on my computer and record it at the same speed it plays, which is very annoying. I dont have an optical cable socket on my stereo so i cant record that way either can anyone help?

Sony have introduced the NET MD which does exactly what you describe. But you need a NET MD compatible player, they are avalibale for around �100. Having said that I have one and its a pain as unless the mp3 is of a specific standard/quality it will not convert it. Its easier to use media player and create a CD from the MP3's and then transfer that.

Oh yeah, forgot to say, I think if you have a CD using NET MD it transfers it at 10x the speed.
