I have Decadry business card software bought within last year.  Used once perfectly okay, now need to make more business cards and for some reason the disk will not run properly in my drive.  It states "Insert CD-Rom in drive D" which I have already done, I can hear it struggling to run and also when I try to eject it it takes ages and many attempts to get the disk out again.  I do not have this problem with any other disk.  I have a year old Dell computer working on XP.  Any help appreciated, or should I just take the disk back if I can find the receipt?! Many thanks.

if you computer is running ok on other disks then your problem obviously lies with that one perticular disk, check for scratches or finger prints, or if possible try the disk in a friends machineif disk wont pick up there then u know you need a new one!
