Problem With 4Od

Recently,whenever I watch a program on 4oD it is fine until the first commercial break. I then get a message on the screen..." This content is currently unavailable. Please try again later"... Any ideas/solutions?

Try rebooting your Freeview box ? I know my Humax is extremely bad at managing memory. Loses the ability to show info after about an hour. If it has issues streaming a channel's data, a quick power cycle tends to sort it.

Rereading, does one watch 4od via the box or via a PC ? Still recommend a power cycle anyway. Worth a try.

Its a smart TV OG...so no free view box. I doubt the problem is with free view as it's only happening on 4od.

Could still be some kind of memory (or other resource) issue. Does it go away if you recycle the TV power ? You might want to take it back to the shop. Is it under warranty still ?
