What Is Timeout On Android?

I have a spanish phablet, leotec Pulsar and in the notification bar there appears a couple of timy circles which is timeout, what on earth does this mean, I have googled and read (in Spanish) the instruction manual but absolutely no clue. Thanks if anyone can help!

Jude I have no trouble breathing, its just my eye gets so swollen and sore, I do look like I've been boxing. I have the feeling that if I ever tried to sniff drugs they would go up one nostril zoom through my maze of a septum and shoot out the other nostril, but am not going to even try. Strange that it's only affected me in the last few years, although Mr N says I have been sniffing and holding one nostril since forever, don't I sound charming,

Morning all, rattyrobi here. It's brightening up after a grey start.
I did sleep a bit longer this morning but I'd stayed awake until later last night. I watched Quartet with Maggie Smith & Tom Courtenay (I love him but can never remember his name, had to check), Billy Connolly, who was hilarious, and I really enjoyed it.

Hope it's going to stay dry, yesterday took a whole lot longer for the sun to appear.

Nice day ,bright and sunny earlier but turned a bit hazy now. It's not exactly heatwave temps either as they say in the papers.
That Billy Connolly prog is very good.I enjoyed that.

Just been out for a coffee and a laugh with some tourists,, you know the usual q's how long you been here, why did you come? They seemed a bit surprised at my age until one of the local guys confirmed it. Then eye and nose started swelling and tearing so I gave up and came home.
Now Mr N is in front room I'm stuck!

I bought a new perfume yesterday makes a change from my fav lidl one and the room freshener I wear. Its Dream Notes by Elixer really nice.

Evening all. Lovely day here I decided to walk instead of struggling over the Skeleton Crossie. Walked down to a local park, round the lake then back home. About 3 miles my phone said. I got home had a coffee and sat on the sofa to read the paper and fell asleep. That's taken care of my Sunday. I did enjoy the walk though.
Quartet is a great film Robi but I didn't watch it this time. Going to have a look at the new Undercover serial tonight. May not be as good as the one that finished last week but I'll have a look.
I really feel for you Shaney. How restricting it must be for you.
There's a beautiful necklace on Antiques Roadshow. Just heard its value - about £2000.

Arthritis takes many forms and causes many symptoms neti. I can't believe how my hips make the rest of my lower body feel sometimes.

Brightened up now after the drizzle.It hammered it down for a while last night though with thunder and lightning,very very frightening.

You can get arthritis anywhere Neti. I've got it all over the shop and it travels around.
I could do with some botox in my backside,it might make me shift a bit quicker :)

I have found a very old out-of-date tube of Volteran cream and am slathering that over my elbow, so painful, couldn't sleep much last night. I hate this, why wouls it start up suddenly in one arm, ok I've had it years in knees and ankle and feet but why arm?? I had a job holding my coffee glass but I managed :-)
Gone back to being so cold here again, took me by surprise.

I have a freezer that wants defrosting. I never do it right it's usually, water, water everywhere and not a drop to drink. Any tips please. I only do it once in a while.
Neti I'm sure that during the last few days I've read that it's been warmer here than in part of the Med.
