Can you run a sky eye through the same coax cable you are using to carry a terrestrial TV signal or do you need separate cables for each?

you will need to run a separate cable from the second output socket on the sky box, once connected you wont need the terrestrial cable as all programmes will come through the sky box

By the way, I've found more that Sky have an App that lets you control the functions of your box via your router so long as the box is also connected. So that does away with any need for the eye.
