I'm assuming that you've actually got LibreOffice on your computer (rather than, say, having received files in LibreOffice's native format from someone else).

You simply need a 'print to pdf' program on your computer. Once you've got one, you can create a pdf file from any program that has a 'print' option (including, of course, LibreOffice). There are loads of such programs but I'm particularly impressed with this one
http://www.dopdf.com/
and I use it myself.

Once you've installed it, open a LibreOffice file and go to File > Print. Then click the button to change the (notional) printer to 'doPDF' and 'print' the file to your preferred location. A pdf file will be produced, which will automatically open in your default pdf reader (such as Adobe Reader), so you can confirm how it looks.

hi chris, seem to be having problems downloading this. as soon as i get to the last step, it disappears.
I'm getting the same problem, Chris. .exe file downloads and starts to run but stops with the message, doPDF8 has encountered an error and microsoft asking if I want to send an error report.

.
Just tryed the Offline installer with the same result. Using xP sp3.
the one i use is PDFCreator http://www.pdfforge.org/
Odd! Perhaps it doesn't like the latest versions of Windows.

This works the same way:
http://www.cutepdf.com/Products/CutePDF/writer.asp
(Click 'Free Download' towards the top right of the page)
Even odder, G-W, 'cos it works fine with Windows XP for me!
(However CutePDF should do the job for you all)
Version 7.7 loads OK. http://www.dopdf.com/download/setup/dopdf_7_3_398.exe

Thanks, Chris.
(i've been using pdfcreator with Windows XP, 7, 8, 8.1 and 8.1 update)

i eventually downloaded it, then to find i couldn´t use my printer!! so had to remove it. Whats the problem?
>>>then to find i couldn´t use my printer

The 'Print' function (from any program) automatically selects the last printer that you used. If you've 'printed' to DoPDF (or CutePDF or any other similar program) the next time that you use 'Print' you'll need to change the printer selection back to your real printer.
