I'm using Outlook 2003 and just noticed that if I check out a users contact information and go to the "activities" tab I can see all of their appointments and emails. Is there any way I can restrict this so users can only see other peoples appointments but not emails?

  1. On the Go menu, click Folder List, right-click the mailbox folder, and then click Sharing on the shortcut menu.
  2. Click the Permissions tab.
  3. Change the permissions to None.
