From your mobile I take it ?
I havew no experience of their mobile handsets but I suspect if you somehow deleted them and have not previously backed them up somewhere then you may have to enter them all again from scratch. It is possible, assuming it is a "smart" phone, you may have synched them somewhere, maybe to the cloud ? Again I'm no expert but worth checking.

It is possible if your data hasn't been overwritten, which means do not save new data to your phone to avoid overwritten. As for how, did you sync google account on your phone, if so, try to recover from google
account. If not,recovery app is the most efficient way.
