I'm lost, to be honest, Ron!

What I'd do is first to completely forget about the Blu-Ray input (and even the switch) and simply connect the Sky box to the TV, just to check that there's not a fault with the box. Then I'd try introducing the switch (but still without the Blu-Ray input), using Input 1 for the Sky box. If that didn't work, I'd try Inputs 2 and 3. (It might be a problem with the switch itself). If you can get one of them to work try connecting the Blu-Ray player to either of the remaining inputs. If you can't get a Sky output using any of the inputs (but you can get a Blu-Ray output and the Sky box is definitely working normally) then something very odd is happening; I can only guess that the current supplied by the Sky box's output isn't enough to overcome the resistance introduced by the switch. Perhaps Sky's Technical Support people can suggest something?

Thanks for your prompt reply Chris, as you say I have tried putting the Sky output through the switch on it's own & it does not work but works normally from Sky to TV, the Blu Ray does work through the switch on all inputs so quite a mystery. As you say I will have to have a word with Sky Tech Support but thanks again for your input.
