It's a compulsion. A bit like gambling I suppose. A mental issue. They start off with a small increase they hope will enhance. Then they want more, and more and bigger and bigger. At which point does society say they have to save someone from themselves ?

It's body dysmorphia, pure and simple.

If you can tear your eyes away from her breasts - difficult I know, rather like slowing down at a motorway crash - you can see the paddling-pool lips she has aquired, and the rest of the re-modelling that confirms that this woman's self-image is so low, it is off the scale.

She doesn't need surgery, she needs therapy, to convince herself that she is a worthwhile human being inside, and doesn't need to attract all that attention to the outside.

As one who is well endowed and struggle to find pretty bras I wondered where she found bras to fit, looking further on I realised that being well supported and well fitted wasn't one of her concerns.
