I am using Windows XP, Mozilla Firefox, and Outlook Express. I can send and receive email; however, when I click on a link in a received email my computer freezes. Does anyone know how I can fix this problem?…Thanks

Have you checked all the usual's first. Have you scanned for viruses, malware etc.

Have you cleared out your Temp files recently. Also, try running a Disk CleanUp, clear out all your old and temp files.

By the way - Windows XP stops being supported in April 2014, time to start thinking about upgrading.

Hi stewey, how you doin'? I discovered a while ago that Mozilla Firefox plays up a lot, my PC used to suffer terrible freezing until I got rid. You could try Mozilla Seamonkey or Google Chrome, I have found both of these work excellently for me.

Have you set your internet browser as the default?

I guess I'll have to get a new OS soon; and yes, Firefox seems to be problematic. SlackAlice, how do I do that?
