Ref the Icons on Desk Top. A few queries if you can answer please. Some Icons have a bent Arrow on them (Is this to show that Connection to Server is necessary?) Some Icons are in the outline of a house with small windows? Some Icons have a corner "turned over"? Why smoe only. Thank you

The house one is usually for your Home page?
The bent arrow means the icon is a short cut to the file, program, photo, whatever it is.
Deleting this icon from the desktop removes only the icon short cut and the file (for example) is not deleted from the computer.

An icon with a corner turned over is a document that is on your desktop. Deleting this icon will also delete the document.
