I have recently exceeded on my itunes the number of tracks that my mini ipod can hold and now when I connect it up to the computer, it culls my songs for me and only puts a selection onto my ipod (which I assume are randomly chosen). I have lost my playlists and now only have one that the computer has named 'Louisa's Ipod Songs'. Is there a way that I can choose certain songs to go on my ipod and still keep the rest on my itunes? Also, anyone got any idea how I get my playlists back??

Thanks guys!

This happened to me when i first got mine and it choose the songs that went on it. In the preferences menu from the edit list try selecting 'manually manage songs and playlists'. I think that sould work then you can select what songs you want on it. In the library on itunes untick all the songs that you dont want on your ipod and they will stay in itunes but not go onto your ipod.
Hope this is of some help.
