probably easiest method is to just get a wireless router, and a wifi card for your laptop.

if both your computer and laptop have bluetooth, then it _should_ be possible to get the internet over it. but it'll be slow and tedious, and (in my experience) is troublesome to set up.
I recently set up a wireless network at home for 2 laptops. If your pc and laptop both have built in wireless technology then all you need is a wireless router. The set up was really easy and I had it up and running in about half an hour. The only problem I had which took about 2 days to sort out was getting the security setting correct, but once I knew what to do it was easy.I have  3MB cable broadband and I have not noticed any difference in speed.
