Lately we lose internet connection when someone phones and the line is crackly as if someone is trying to dial up. The broadband light flashes orange until the call ends and then it lights up blue again. Do you think that there is a fault in the hub?

There's a fault somewhere, for sure - we have BT Broadband and we don't experience that. I've been on-line most of today and OH has been taking phone calls.

This is very similar to one of the problems we had - we put in a new filter between the hub and the phone socket which seems to have cured the problem.
