Can anyone help? whenever I need to write something in a box (for eexample adding a date or station on trainline. Com). sometimes no letters appear! whether I use the writing pen or the keyboard. It's only occasionally but usually when I need it the most! its probably something I'M doing but what?!

Sounds like a fault to me, I have a "Note1" but never had that problem.
