I have received an email to print out. (holyday tickets)- but the PDF just opens as gobbledygook! how do I convert it to plain English. do I need to download a reader or something? thanx in advance. . . . . .

I'm assuming you do not have a pdf reader and are trying to open it on your pc or laptop.

You can download and install from here (remove the tick for an optional McCaffee scan)

or better still a pdf reader from Foxit
