Downloaded Adobe 11 flash and picked up 'Spam do' which I have eventually managed to remove. Have now picked up Spymaster and it is reluctant to uninstall from the start menu in the normal way.
Any advice please?

I can't imagine that you picked-up 'Spam do' or Spymaster from downloading Adobe Flash. Ask yourself if you have been onto 'shady' sites.

Spymaster is a really nasty item and is searching your computer as you type. Furthermore, it is Not a straightforward matter to remove it, because it has entered Windows Registry and I dislike suggesting that inexperienced folk should go messing about in such areas of their computers.

You could try downloading and running Malwarebytes and, if it fails, you are left with taking a risk of messing-up your Windows Operating system by progressing accordingly :-

Tried Malwarebytes suggested by Alston, which removed some infections. Spymaster is still lurking.
Trend Housecall suggested by Methyl. Does this also work on Windows 7?
Might have to end up getting a computer technician in, I think
