I have a list of potential customers in Excel and I insert a date for when they are to be next contacted.

Is it possible for this date to be automatically transferred into the Outlook diary?

Thanks

Can't see a way of doing that, but a work-round might be that you insert them one at a time, but set them up as Recurring Appointments instead of just one-offs. If you want to contact the customer every six weeks, say, then you create a new appointment, click on Recurrence at the top of the appt, and set your parameters. That way, Outlook will manage your list as well as you doing it in Excel.

Might at least be worth a try.

Cheers
Can you just contact them all at the same time or are there too many for that?
