Simply head to any area with a wide ethnic mix, or where there are plenty of East European migrants, and look on the doors of newsagents and convenience stores run by Asian families or (for example) stores selling Polish foods. The vast majority of such shops seem to have posters, advertising that they sell Lebara sims, on their doors or in their windows.

I can buy one here just down the road (yes we have a huge South American community here) but would that be good for cheap calls in UK?

SlackAlice - that is super thank you, found 4 stores all within bus ride of sister's house!
You'll incur roaming charges if you use any Spanish sim (including Lebara.es) in the UK.

That's what I wondered Buenchico, it's just for Mr N when we go there, I always have an Orange sim for England, and he so rarely goes, that I've seen they are remarkably cheap and I can bung it in an old unlocked phone of mine.

Thanks
You can get one for free if you are willing to wait a few days.

thanks garibaldi, but my post doesn't always reach me, and they are only 0.99p so I'll get one when in England.

Thank you all.
