Hi

Does anyone know if my galaxy note is recoverable. Just recently it won't switch on past the logo screen.

Does this mean its a software issue?

Can the problem be fixed and if so how?

(it has never been dropped or had water damage or anything like that)

Have you tried taking the battery out and trying again?

Yes, I would say a software issue.

Yes I've tried taking battery out but nothing happens.

If its a software issue can it be fixed?

Yes but you may need to send it away, is it still under guarantee?

does it never start properly, can you not use it at all?

Switch off, then switch on again whilst holding down F12 button.
Follow the on-screen instructions from there, might help.

F12 on a Galaxy Note?

Holding the power key down for 15 seconds (to perform a 'soft reset') is worth a try.
