Selecting Multiple Photos

Hi.. Sometimes when I highlight multiple photos, I can just click on the last photo in the line, and it highlights all the pictures in the row... But sometimes it doesn't! Is there a formula that I inadvertently do...

With this version of windows if you click the first pic you want and hold shift at the same time you highlight all pictures in between including the two you clicked on. If you click a picture and hold down shift at the same time it allows you highlight multiple pictures wherever you choose.

Thank you.. Although I'm sure that's what I do?! Do you know if there would be any reason why this wouldn't happen..? (I'm windows 7)

Also, if you hold down Ctrl and select the photos it will just pick the ones you select.

I know that vista and I think XP had a problem that could be fixed by resetting folders.

Try this in Windows ..... Mmenu bar>tools>folder options>view> reset all folders
If its non MS depending on what software youre in it may be a setting in the preferences that needs to be re-set
