Printing Problem

Last week I downloaded a picture of a record label to the "Print" programme on my computer, skewed it to the correct size (4.125"), and it printed out at that size. Today I did the same procedure with another label, and it printed out at 2.5". The page set-up is at 100%. Can anybody please tell me how to solve this problem?

"Skew" was the wrong word: I resized to 4.125". I 'm using a Pixma ip 4200, Window XP, and Mozilla...Anyone, please help; it's so frustrating.
