How To I Change My Norton Antivirus Back To English From Chinese?

My norton antivirus software changed the language setting to chinese How? Why? Please help me change it back to English. My computer is at risk. I am paying for norton and I can't use it and i am now starting to get very stressed over it all.

What I'd do is download and run the removal tool:
https://support.norton.com/sp/en/uk/home/current/solutions/kb20080828154508EN_EndUserProfile_en_us?
Then re-install Norton from the DVD.
