I keep getting the same Java upgrade . I have successfully installed it as far as I know but the next day up it pops again . I thought originaly it had not installed properly and so did it again a couple of times but there it is again today. jucheck.exe Oracle America.Inc Java.

How can I find out if it was installed OK ?
How can I stop the pop ups. ?

delete all java progs in your programes in "c"
then reinstall. you should delete java anyway before updating
Go to control panel/ Programs and features
Uninstall all Java items.
Then go to http://www.java.com/en/download/index.jsp
and get the latest version.

... great minds :)
