What Has Happened To Add Ons??

I have not used PC B much (OH has been hogging)but just having a look ot this site on it a few moments ago,I noticed Ad Block Plus was not working.
I tried to look at add ons and extensions,but the little thing in the middle was spinning around for ages.
What the hell have I done to poor PC B and how do I get it back to normal?
Admittidly,having some of the history from PC A was handy,but now I am finding all sorts of stuff has changed.BTW PC A has Ad Block Plus on it so I don't understand !!?!?!?!
