Samsung Galaxy Mini 3 Phone.

Hopefully this upgrade will arrive tomorrow, but I'm not very technical and a bit worried how to register and put the SIM in. Can someone go through the stages for me on how to get the phone working? I know I have to ring them, is it easy to put the SIM in the phone? I've only had a bog standard phone up to now ... Is it easy to use?

Looks good though he goes a bit quick towards the end ! Do I have to phone and register before I put in the SIM and battery? Is it my old SIM or does the new SIM they provide have my phone numbers on? I will be having the same phone number. sorry to be so dim ....

hi, on the box the phone comes in there is usually a label on the side that has the sim, iemi and phone number on it. put the sim and battery in, then phone to register it

Is the new Galaxy phone purchased as part of a Fixed Term Phone Contract or is it Pay-as-you-Go?

Likewise, is the current phone on contract or not and what model type is it?

If the new Phone is purchased as 'Unlocked', that is not locked to any particular phone service provider, and your current SIM is not fixed to any specific phone contract, then you should theoretically be able to fit the old SIM into the Galaxy and continue as before. Thats also assuming the SIM from the current phone is the same type / physical size as the Galaxy SIM.

If the current phone SIM is the same size as the Galaxy, you can always try it in the Galaxy as it should not cause any issues other than it may refuse to work!
