Lnbs: Watch One Channel Whilst Recording On Another?

Helllo,
I have a satellite dish with two LNBs - one for UK, other for Russia. From each a coax is attached to the digital satellite receiver.
I want to record a programme whilst I am watching a programme on the SAME LNB. At the moment, this is not possible. BUT, IS IT? I was thinking of adding Y-connecting coax to the Scart plugs... Is this technically feasible? How do I achieve this in practice?
Many thanks in eager anticipation.

BTW... I've linked to a quad, you only need a dual output, but as quads don't cost anymore you might as well just put a quad up and leave two outputs unused for the time being.

The reason a Y connector won't work is different sat channels are broadcast with different polarisations and bands and the LNB has to be switched by the box to the correct polarisation and band for the channel, if you tried splitting the signal the LNb would be receiving two switching signals and voltages (one from each box) which would cause unexpected results. (technically it would work as long as both channels has the same polarisation and were on the same band, other wise you'd only ever get one channel working on the "winning" receiver)
