When I open an email in O.E. it has started to appear in the bottom left hand corner of my screen, about 2" high, so I have to > mazimise to read it. How can I get it back to the full screen again. I am using XP. TIA rosy

Move it to where you want it to be and stretch the window out to the size you want it to be.... don't use the maximise button.... it should remember it.

Thanks for that Chuck, I can move it but how do I stretch it please? I tried to stretch it using the mouse but it wont budge. rosy

Nope, I cannot get that to work either Chuck :o( Thank you for bothering, actually I was doing exactly what it said on your link first time I tried, so have no idea what to do now. Thank you too, methyl, I have been using the maximise option for about a week now and it hasn't learnt yet, but I will persist as you say, maybe it's a slow learner! -rosy
If chuck's method doesn't work than I suspect you may have inadvertently changed the layout rather than changed the size of the window. Go to the tab on top that says View/Layout and have a play with the ticks, it may come back to what you want.

Thank you wildwood for replying, I have done as you suggested but makes no difference, and I can't see anything different with the layout. I suppose it might right itself eventually so I will just have to keep maximising it for now. I know it's no big deal, but it niggles me :o( thanks again -rosy
