after listening to the recording and pressing the right keys every time the automated operator puts me through to the sorting office the line is engaged grrrrr, how stupid is that? they should at least come back on and tell me to call later, it's such a waste of time and call charges grrrr

I guess so, they're open until 8pm tonight, I may try again after 6 when i think it is cheaper to not get put through..........
dotty. have you tried to do it online it is so much easier
ohmygod, I tried to do it online. Gave up after an hour of me banging my head on the computer desk.

I think anyone who manages to arrange re-delivery online should get a job with NASA.

i actually would just like to know if it is there and then i can pop down a get it (it's only 2 miles away, might be cheaper than ringing) cos if it is i will go tonight, but it was none delivered at 11.05am today and so may not be there until tomorrow but with work it will be monday before i can either collect it or get it re-delivered.
I always do it online...they don't answer the phones at my sorting office....or not by humans, anyway.
I always use online, and arrange for it to be dropped off at my local post office for me to pick up. (Costs 50p)

i've emailed them to ask if they can tell me if the parcel is available for pick up tonight before they close, if it isn;t they can deliver it on monday
My sorting office guy told me just to hang on and not hit any buttons and you will find a human being.
