Printer keeps printing blurred pages

I have a Canon Series MP250 printer. About a week ago, a sheet of paper got jammed in the printer. I managed to remove the jammed paper carefully, but since then the printer won't print properly - some of the text is blurred. I performed a Print Head Alignment from the laptop as well as manually on the printer. I included a picture of the way the printed text appears after printing. (See http://i.imgur.com/CZhLK.jpg). Is there anything else I can do before taking it to a repair shop?

Run the print head and roller cleaner utilities.

I performed the Roller Cleaning procedure, as well as the procedure for Deep Cleaning of the nozzles, and a Nozzle Check. Both the black and colour ink cartridges are full. Printer still prints funny... See following image: http://imgur.com/uZPKJ
