problems accessing yahoo photos

When I click on the photos link on the yahoo web page I get the following error:

RESULT=49 - TCookie invalid
VERSION=2.5

I'm using a mac, OSX 10.2.6

Any ideas? Cookies are enabled!

Are you using Safari or Internet Explorer?

The free upgrade to 10.2.8 might help.. go to the Apple web site and download from there.
