I am thinking of buying an emachine, would anyone recommend them, how long does a new one last roughly?

i have had an e machine tower for over 8 years !! had to have the motherboard replaced but apparently that was a common problem with the early ones, other than that no other issues; done memory upgrades myself.

the more i think , it must be over 11 years old..
