Retrieving Deleted E-Mails

Having a Senior Moment today I deleted today's mail by accident without even looking at them. Is there a reasonable way of retrieving them.

I've got googlemail and have a mailbox called all mail, my deleted stuff goes in there.

Go to bin left hand sidwe of screen click in it and everything in the bin should come up.

Most email software packages keep a "Deleted" or "Trash" folder which you can click into, them tick the ones you want to "un-delete" and they will be returned to your inbox.

I had a VERY SENIOR MOMENT and emptied the Delete folder as well.

If you're using Windows, they should still be in the recycle bin.

If you're using webmail it is probably gone.
