I have been given a short video sequence by a medical consultant for use on my charity's website but he would like me to add a copyright message on it.
Is there an easy piece of free software that will do this easily for me?

I have it as .wmf and .flv. The latter is preferable as it is easier to insert into my site. I guess I could probably use windows movie maker with the .wmf and convert it to .flv with GOM video converter. Just hoped there may be an easy way to just put a message as a caption on-screen that remains for the few minutes of the video or a semi-translucent watermark?
