Problem reading e-mails!!

Yesterday when I went on the computer to read my emails (Google account) I discovered that the arrows on the right for moving the email up and down had vanished (they are still there on all other sites - Google, AB, etc) so I can't read my emails. I have tried everything I can think of and found that the arrows reappear if I alter the zoom to 75% but this is impractical cos it's a bit small for reading on my netbook. Has anyone else encountered this problem and any solutions for solving it? Thanks in anticipation.

Hi Molpluck, Sorry to take so long to reply but went on holiday on 29th and only came back yesterday. Mysteriously, when I checked for emails this morning the page has returned to normal. Has yours? Hope you see this.
