well the other day it seemed to freeze, so i took the back off and took battery out and then put it back together, but now it seems the keylock wont work?, hold the top button down to put it on, and then 5sec later it unlocks? any help would be great thanks.

A friends daughters blackberry done this, resetting it back to factory (not an easy task on a blackberry) sorted it out for about a week each time it was done, then it would happen again...

Eventually it got sent back under warranty, and on the third time it got sent back they finally seemed to fix the problem.... (then she lost the phone a month later)
