My laptop will only start in safe mode with networking

How do I get my laptop back to normal, I have done system restore to a
previous date, but it didnt work. I bought a new camera and put the disc in to read the instructions but didnt download it onto my laptop, but I did leave the disc in by mistake. When I came to use the laptop next time
for 'internet calls' it just went blank. Can anyone help me please.

Hi Methyl, thanks for your answer, my laptop is Samsung R510, Vista 1, the camera is a fujifilm JX550, I looked in add/remove there was'nt anything for fuji there, I restored to the day before I updated to Vista Pack 2, as I thought it might be something to do with that. Internet calls is a free telephone system similar to skype.
