Iphone in car adapter

Is there an adapter I can get that can charge my phone while its connected to the Aux? I have a incar charger but it uses the same port as the aux on my phone. I have tried googling a double adapter but cant seem to find one. TIA

I've just been on Amazon/uk, and put 'Iphone/car charger/double' in their search box, lots of choice, 2 x sockets, 2 x usb etc,
