I am currently accessing AB with Firefox !
Using Windows 7 Home Premium.
ISP = Virgin, which is very fast.
All Windows Updates are bang up to date.
Browser Cache cleared.
Painfully slow even accessing site with IE9, afterwards it's very sluggish and unresponsive and often freezes.
There is a Problem somewhere ED which has been ongoing for some time.
Other sites seem to be OK

I'm using FF and I keep getting timed out.
I have also received a time-out message - I will investigate. I am unsure if they're linked with the ie9 issue.
I keep on getting timed out on Chrome.
Tried Chrome, IE9, FF13 and my trusty old FF3.x - all slower than a slow thing having a slow day.

Timing out fairly often too.

Yep, can confirm AB slow on Chrome. I thought it was just my computer.
I've reported the issue. We'll see what we can do.

Thank you Ed, hope you can resolve the problem fairly soon....
Yes me too - getting timed out on Chrome.
Just tried chrome, seems better now, IE9 still no good though.
No I take it back, still rubbish.
Not just IE, I'm getting hang-up problems on Firefox.
It's been freezing up on me for ages, have to keep refreshing and wiping out halfwritten answers. I'm hoping I get to post this one. Today has been hideous. I'm using IE9
