I want to breathe life into my wife's camera which has not seen the light of day for a few years. We have found the software disk but it stops at 'Vista'.
Would it do any harm to try putting it in the computer? Thanks for any suggestions.

No, but you almost certainly don't need it anyway.
Just plug the camera in.

I forgot to say that we are now on Windows 7.
