Problem with Creative Zen Mozaic MP3 player / Windows Vista

Creative Centrale will not recognise files in my Music folder. The Creative website tells me 'For Windows Vista or Windows 7, go to C:\Users\User name\AppData\Roaming\Creative.' but I can't find anything called AppData. I am running Vista. Any ideas? Thanks.
