Hi there, sometime ago, I visited a site to download MP3 songs, and got "invaded" by a site called 123Mania. Luckily I replaced that computer. However, the lap top that I use and accessed it also, still has the problem.I have run virus ( I have the Norton antivirus, personal firewall, privacy control, antispam and parental control) program on my computer and it comes up clean. What happens is, I can be visiting an ordinary site, and all of a sudden the mouse starts flashing and the bottom tool bar start flashing 123Mania downloading, and i either cant continue to access my site, or a pop up comes up. How can I get rid of it?

Try programmes like Ad Aware, SpyBot, and in my opinion, the best one, Microsoft AntiSpyware. All are free to download and get rid of lots of stuff that Norton misses.

Ad Aware is available from www.lavasoft.de

SpyBot from http://www.pcworld.com/downloads/file_description/0,fid,22262,00.asp

and the Microsoft one from their website. Hope this helps!
