I'm a complete girl when it comes to technology.

Please give me an idiot's guide as to how to download music (MP3) onto my phone (which I think is compatable - they sent a pair of headphones in the box too).  Ta in advance.  If it helps my phone has Bluetooth (?)

Oh, and it's a Sharp GX25 if that helps too.
A quick look at http://tinyurl.com/9xorc seems to indicate that this phone does not have an mp3 player. It also looks like it only has a 2MB memory which might fit one small song!
If I'm mistaken, you can get bigger memory cards, then you need a bluetooth dongle for your computer, put it into ebay which is the cheapest place to buy them (although they tend to have extortionate P&P rates to claw the money back). With a dongle installed, you just send the songs to the phone via right-click....Send To.....Bluetooth......Phone Name.

The headphones in the box are most likely for a radio on the phone and also double up as a hands-free kit.
