i have a micro SD card that does not respond in the phone or when plugged into laptop - others do so it is definitely this particular card thats at fault

i am assuming, obviously, its simply faulty - but before i bin it, i wondered if there is anyway to 'revive' it or any tips to make it work again?...or is it a case of once its stops responding its bu99ered?
