Put the above into e bay search and was amazed how much some of the companies are asking for batteries etc, are these people out to con us or what, absolutely crazy.

search for "ixus75" and "substitute" or "replacement" or "compatible" - you can often get much cheaper batteries designed for individual cameras but not made by the same manufacturers. You can never guarantee the same quality but I've never had any problems.
