Is there any way to boost the signal to an internet dongle used on a home pc?
prev internet connection abroad. Any advice welcome

I wouldn't have thought so, though I am prepared to be proved wrong. I get an excellent signal upstairs but a weak one downstairs.

Putting it on an USB extension lead and moving it about a bit may help.... but if you are in a bad area for the network you are using then nothing you can do other than change to another network with better coverage (if availablein your area)
