Does anyone here surf the Deep or Dark Web?

Is there lots of good stuff there?

Is it worth downloading Ian Clarke's "Freenet" software?

Is the Dark Web really 400-550 times bigger than the Web that is accessible to conventional search engines?

It would be great for garden parties!

You know those long slidey sheets, the ones you stretch out on the lawn ...

Imagine emptying a barrel of lube on to one of those !!!!!!!
The mind boggles! :-D
I considered buying it, but then decided the chances of reaching 3rd base would be somewhat reduced if "getting the lube" involved an engine hoist and an industrial pump!

It's unusual for you to be here in the evening, Boaty.

Nice, but unusual.
If you look at "Customers that viewed this also viewed"...
Well, that's one party to avoid.
It is indeed JJ. just thought I'd have a look whilst I have a minute, have to go soon though. Nice to chat to you as ever. :o}

WyeDyed ... I love those rubber testicles!! ... LOL

I wonder why the same people viewed a 55 gallon drum of lube, and also a teeny weeny little can of lube??

55 gallons "not quite" enough ??
Question Author
You too, Boaty.

Anything nice for supper?
By the look of that site those would be US gallons.

Yum. Good you, Boaty.

A pal and I are getting a take away and watching the netball on Sky.
"By the look of that site those would be US gallons."

Phew.... that's OK then, because 55 imperial gallons would just be too much!

Maybe rugby players should soak in it before games.

It would make them hard to tackle.
Question Author
That's probably the only time I've used "hard" and "tackle" in one sentence without getting into trouble.
< walks away from hard tackle jokes.....
Time to go, friends arriving shortly. Have a good evening JJ. xxx

Mwah ... x

C u in the morning, Boaty.
Slightly(OK very much) off topic. There are quite a few on AB who may consider that they are JJ. You may wish to state your claim to that soubriquet.
http://www.online-col...esearch-the-deep-web/ might be worth having a look at ... the links should be mostly current, but they will give you a chance to nose around some of the Deep Web.

Only just saw your question, so I apologise for bringing it back to the subject !
I've just been checking some of the links in that link I gave - and some of them no longer exist.

There is a much shorter list of search sites at http://www.makeuseof....e-deep-invisible-web/ however one site they list (Intute) is now no longer being updated as a result of funding cuts, but the existing database will still be available for another couple of years. They also have tutorials aimed at teaching uni students how to do academic research in various disciplines, so they might be worth looking at.
